11 Ways To Easily Upgrade Your Pantry.
For Function & Design.
Here are a few thoughts from my eBook that soon, you will be able to download from my website! Be ready!
Here is the list of topics you could read upon in detail once the book goes live. For the full content, you will need to subscribe to my site. Once you have done that, you will have a comprehensive system at your disposal to guide you through your home transformational project.
- Transfer baking supplies into containers. A very simple and easy to get your DIY Home Transformation project rolling.
- Decant from bulk packaging into jars. This step has its obvious value, but it needs to be done correctly to avoid confusion and frustration later.
- Reorganise your overstock items. We all know how easy it is to fall into the trap of overstocking, especially when we live in times like the current COVID pandemic years. But if we do it, at least get back to our stock from time to time and reevaluate its state.
- Label, label, label. Without a decent labelling system, we can’t even imagine having an organised pantry. So I won’t waste your time more on this one.
- Eliminate any item you don’t need. It is hard, but get rid of it once there is no function or need! The only exception is when we are talking about some cute decor items.
- Organise based on use. The most frequently used ones nearest, everything else as is reasonable.
- Add your favourite wallpaper. You don’t even need to do the whole wall, but small sections of your cabinetry/pantry will elevate the aesthetic feel of your space.
- Use roller hampers. This is a self-explanatory one.
- Leverage a Lazy Susan. Some of us do not like them, but they definitely have their place in a well-organised pantry or kitchen.
- Don’t let any space go to waste. The only exception is if you have a ballroom-sized pantry. But if you do, please invite me in so I can admire it and use it as inspiration.
- Plan for pantry maintenance. Yes. It is essential to make a plan, schedule it into your calendar and make an effort to keep the order and shine you created!
Hopefully, I am able to give you support, inspiring you to take steps to create your own sanctuary.
